Terms and conditions for those who shop at www.incontact.no

Generally
These terms of sale apply to all sales of goods and services (products) from www.incontact.no to consumers. The terms of sale, together with your order, confirmed by an order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase. The terms of sale and other information on www.incontact.no are only available in Norwegian. Consumer purchases are regulated, among other things, by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. Where these terms of sale require written form, this is fulfilled by using e-mail or text message to a mobile phone (SMS).

Definition of parties
Seller is: www.incontact.no, IC - In Contact, Barbosa Calisto, Arbeidergata 5A, E-mail: incontact@incontact.no, Orgnr: 934904508 VAT, and is hereinafter referred to as we, us or www.incontact.no.
Buyer is: The person stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as you, you, yours or they.

Ordering and agreement process
Your order is binding when the order is registered on our server (computer). We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. You still have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal.

When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check whether the order confirmation is consistent with your order.

Information provided in the online store
We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typographical/printing errors, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to the information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. We reserve the right to make typographical errors and any price changes. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is out of stock. In the event of an out of stock situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order.

Prices
All prices include VAT but exclude shipping. Any price changes that occur after the time of ordering that are not due to an error are not retroactive.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay.

Card payment
The amount is reserved when the order is placed, and deducted from the card when the package is shipped from our warehouse.

Refund
The refund will be made when the return has been received by us and checked for defects. The payment will be made to the same card and card number that the payment was made from. It will take between 3 – 10 business days for the refund to be credited to the card.

Delivery and delay
If damage is suspected during transport, the carrier must be contacted as soon as possible. This applies to goods sent by registered parcel, other shipments are the seller's responsibility. Delivery/shipment of the products normally takes place within the next business day. The shipping time is normally 2-5 business days in Norway, and from 5 days and upwards to abroad. We have the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, that is, when you have received the products in your possession. If the delivery of the products is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we have knowledge of it, together with information about and possibly when delivery can take place, or whether the product(s) is/are sold out. All delivery times given by us must be considered indicative.

Please note that products from different orders may be shipped together and that products from the same order may be shipped separately. Each shipment may therefore contain products from multiple orders.

Your order will be sent as a letter package, and will most likely end up straight in your mailbox, but this is based on the volume of the package.
Parcels sent by post have no tracking capabilities, and it is the customer's risk if goods are lost. If you choose a parcel sent by post, you are responsible if the parcel gets lost. This parcel will not be insured, and it is not possible to track it afterwards - should something happen.

Shipping outside Norway: We are not responsible for local international fees that some countries require for you to pick up your order.

Examination of the products
After you have received the products, you should, as soon as you have the opportunity, examine whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether the products otherwise have defects or deficiencies.

Complaints/Warranty
Our guarantees do not imply any limitations on the complaint period for goods under the Consumer Purchase Act. If you regret a purchase from www.incontact.no and wish to return it, you may do so provided that it is sent back within 14 days of purchase, and in the original packaging, is completely unused and not damaged in any way. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will only be charged the costs of returning the goods, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act §15.

Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details available in the contact section (Contact Us) on the website. Please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the correct size/product in the event of an incorrect purchase. This must be paid for before the product is posted. Items returned due to an error on our part will also be reimbursed for postage.

IMPORTANT: Any returns must not be sent to us COD! Any additional costs this incurs will be charged to you, and in the worst case scenario the package will not be picked up at our post office, which means the package will be returned and this will incur additional costs. Please contact us and make an agreement before returning goods.

If there have been significant typing or printing errors on the part of www.incontact.no, in advertisements etc. and/or in the online store, www.incontact.no may unilaterally change, delete or reject the order. This applies even if the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable time after the error is discovered. The right to a complaint is also subject to the deadlines set out in the Norwegian Sales Act.

Changes to the terms and conditions www.incontact.no reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.

Products with printing and/or embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of return expires at the time incontact.no starts production, according to the customer's wishes, cf. the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.

Force majeure
If www.incontact.no is prevented from delivering or making a mandatory replacement delivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of a similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, restriction in the supply of motive power, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as are discussed in this section, www.incontact.no is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaints and will credit it to the defective goods' corresponding purchase price.

Disputes and choice of law
Disputes regarding the terms and conditions and related provisions, as well as disputes concerning the aforementioned and the following legal relationships, fall under the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts.
