Exchange and Returns

Please keep the packaging as it will be used when returning all goods to the seller. If the buyer does not have the original packaging, he/she must obtain other suitable packaging for safe shipment to the seller. Do not write directly on the packaging. The package must not be sent COD!

If an item that is returned to the seller due to defects or deficiencies is not discovered upon inspection by us, the item will be returned to the buyer with a written justification for the refusal to return.

NB: This does not apply when using the right of withdrawal.

NB! All returns must be clearly marked with the name of the orderer, as well as necessary information (return address, desired size, and preferably a phone number).

Important:
Our gloves include a protective latex film. In the event of a return due to size error, gloves with the film removed will not be accepted.
